I thought that Zangoose's seemingly grumpy personality complimented Spinda's derpy personality really well, and since they both had similar color palettes, it would be cool to make an animation featuring the two of them. You could say I just randomly picked up a pokemon shipping out of no where..

This animation is absolutely adorable!
The movements are a tad bit choppy, but this is just animation practice. But aside from choppiness, it's really well done.
As for the Pokemon themselves, they're pretty spot on to their actual designs and do indeed look very cute together. The only thing off I noticed was that Spinda was missing facial spots and the spot on the back of the head. (Also, that is definitely the cutest Spinda I've ever seen
The linework could use some work, but again this is just animation practice in which nothing is perfect.
